What is a NFT (Non-Fungible Token)?
Let's put it in simple terms. An NFT or non-fungible token is a special cryptographic token representing the deed and certificate of authenticity saved or rather written on Blockchain of a unique and unambiguous asset (digital or physical).
Let us also say what a token is. A Token is a digital object, in some cases even a physical one, the purpose of which is to tangibly represent an economic value or quality attributable to its owner.
How can this technology be exploited in the Hospitality world?
For example, establishments enjoying locations in very beautiful places, or with unique features, which have works of art, panoramas... and in Italy this feature is available to many establishments and territories, could offer their customers digital works by local authors as a 'special gift' or digital photos of panoramas and works of art or monuments in limited editions as a very original souvenir of their stay. A chef could give away an original recipe to the customers of his restaurant...
