5 letters and the spirit of a sport to exercise:
Leadership, managing change, reorganising and teamwork.

In an interview with me in last autumn's issue of Hotel Manager (the link will soon be available on the adaitalia.it website), we derive *5 keywords* by transforming the word PADEL, the sport that saw me organise, with the collboration of Media Hotel Radio and many friends and level sponsors, the first contest dedicated to managers and professionals in the Tourism and Hospitality sectors, into an acronym or rather an acronymic (see note at the bottom of the page) that reveals a series of keywords.

P as #Potential;

A as #Adaptation;

D as #Determination;

And how #Experience

L for #Leadership

I won't reveal here the individual words with the comments from my interview in Hotel Manager (here is the link to the Ada website, the Association of Hotel Managers, publisher of the beautiful industry magazine), but if you want to learn more about the Padel Philosophy for re-engineering your business in the Tourism and Hospitality sector in these times of change, get in touch, follow my blog and my social media or subscribe to my newsletter.

The next PADEL DAY

I am pleased to anticipate that Padel Day, after the success of the first edition, will be reorganised in an even richer form in two locations, in the summer in Rome and in September in Milan ... in short, Padel Philosophy is 'declined' in business and is 'played' on the field!
